Requirements of Limited Company Incorporation:
- Appoint at least one shareholder, one director, one company secretary and a registered office address (must be Hong Kong address);
- A person could be director and shareholder at the same time;
- A director must be a natural person who is at least 18 years old of any nationality, whereas a shareholder could be a natural person who is at least 18 years old of any nationality or a legal entity; and

Collect full payment
Client will make full payment by cash or transfer to our bank account. #
# After we confirm the application and receive the deposit, if you would like to cancel registration or alter information, such as company name, registered office address, particulars of director(s), shareholder(s) and company secretary, HK$500 handling fee will be charged.

Company Registration
We will make the payment and file the documents to the Companies Registry. It takes around 6-8 working days to approve and issue the Certificate of Incorporation and the Business Registration certificate.

Delivery of Documents
When company registration is finished, we will notify the client to collect company documents and the green box (if applicable). Client could visit our company to pick up them or we send them to the client by courier.
